These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of humait.elvirainfotech.live (the “Site”) and any books, memberships, event tickets, or donations purchased through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About HumAIT

HumAIT provides books, membership content, and events related to the HumAIT movement. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to HumAIT; “you” refers to the user of the Site.

2. Accounts

To purchase a membership, book, or event ticket, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Books and Digital Content

Books purchased through the Site are for your personal use only. Purchasing a book grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and download the content; it does not transfer any copyright or ownership in the work. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased content without our written permission.

4. Memberships

A HumAIT membership grants access to the books and content included with that membership tier for as long as the membership remains active. Membership benefits, pricing, and included content may change from time to time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.

5. Events and Tickets

Tickets purchased for HumAIT events are subject to the specific date, time, and terms shown at the time of booking. Event details may change; we will try to notify ticket holders of any significant changes as soon as possible.

6. Payments and Refunds

All prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Because books and digital memberships are delivered instantly on purchase, sales are generally final; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@humait.com and we will review your request.

7. Donations

Donations made through the Site support the HumAIT movement and are voluntary. Unless required otherwise by law, donations are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, audio, and other content on the Site, including book content, is owned by HumAIT or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumAIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content. The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
